do colon cleanse products really detox the colon and are they really effective to lose weight?
I think so. I do a detox every so often and I always feel so good after. Since i started regularly detoxing I have been slowly loosing weight, I’m sure if i worked out the process would go a lot quicker

Have you tried ebay? If its available online, you can usually find it there. Also, if its not there now, you can set up a saved search and ebay will email you when anything matching your keywords comes up in a listing.

If you don’t already have an ebay account, you might want to consider getting one. Just make sure you buy from a seller with a 99% or better rating and over 100 sales. I have never had any problem as long as I have followed those guidelines.

A doctor told me I need to do a liver cleanse. Is there one that you have actually used? How long did it take? Did you have to be close to a bathroom for more than 24 hours? I have a few weeks to figure out how to do this until I see him again.
Oh, the doctor didn’t say to just do one right away. It has to wait a few more weeks. I just want to know what to expect, thanks.
At Shoppers Drug Mart (Canadian) I did a detox of the liver colon and kidneys called triotox. its a 100% herbal cleanse and it was really easy -3 pills 3 x a day for 14 days with food and a multi vitamin. I could really feel the benefit right away. You will feel slightly sick for a while but that is because your body is adjusting to the cleanse. Drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day while on it or the cleanse will not work so great. Also I found herbal tyea to be stimuolating. I went to the bathroom a slight bit more than usual but it wasnt so bad. just one or 2 extra trips in the night.

You shouldn’t have to ‘detox’ it, but if you feel the need stick to the all natural and just eat fruits and vegetables and 100% whole grains. They are all loaded with fiber which will help ya plus your not putting unnatural stuff in your body.

Not bad at all! I like the soldier/war imagery, it carries the main idea of the song well through to the end "WAR WITH GOD". One suggestion for you, the line "an ultimate death to consciousness", perhaps try "an ultimate end to consciousness". Just my opinion, I like the way it sounds better. It is more final, and you have the hard "d" sound at the end of the word. Good luck to you

I want to do either a colon cleanse or a body detox, but not one that is much longer than a week. Preferably just one that lasts a few days..can anyone recommend one?

Magnesium Citrate in a bottle. Can get it in any store near you. About 2 dollars and you don’t have to go to hardcore measures like going to the doctors and getting your colon cleansed nor body pumping(EXPENSIVE) lol.It will help like nothing anyone can get for you. I personally use it every two weeks just to stay Healthy because I also have bloating problems.lol.It will cleanse you in about two days just make sure you are near a bathroom.By the way every time I use it HONESTLY i lose about 3 pounds and yes I fell Like A NEW MAN!!!!. What homeopathic remedies are there for renal failure or kidney cleanse or vitamins that improve renal function?
Ok; drink cranberry juice on a regular basis. The herb Dandelion is beneficial, as are hydrangea & uva ursi. Marshmallow tea helps cleanse the kidneys. Cornsilk is excellent for kidney disorders. Other herbs that support kidney function include: goldenrod tea, juniper berries, marshmallow root, nettle, parsley, red clover & watermelon seed tea.
I would recommend you buy the book "Prescription For Nutritional Healing" & get familiar with your local health food store people. They will be your best resource.

my family has done liver cleanses and had great results but i cant take the oil. i know theres a recipie somewhere without oil but i cant find it anywhere. if anybody has any info on it please let me know as i think it would really help me do do a liver cleanse.
Funny enough, most of the liver cleanses I know of are actually not oils. In fact, most supplements with Milk Thistle, Dandelion, and/or Turmeric are going to be very good for your liver. My step mother had went to a natural food supply store & they had recommended a combination of two pills that when taken together caused a natural colonic cleanse….I have since lost the name of these two pills. Would anyone know the name of the pills or a combo that would work the same…Thanks for any help!
Not sure what those two pills are…the best thing to do is call the shop and ask over the phone….don’t worry, that is actaully something they are used of recommending. Or, you can just go to any health food store and they can recommend a natural cleanser. I can give you the name of what we used to clean out our patients before colonoscopies, but it is harsh and will work in one night. Even though, the patients state they feel wonderful after the clean out. We used Fleets Phospho Soda, found with laxatives in any drug store.
