I am on a Body Detox Cleanse now and need to know is safe to Fruit, Meats, and Vegetable. I am doing the master cleanse.

I’ve not heard that you can eat meat during a cleanse as that slows your digestion and is usually what people are trying to get rid of while cleansing. I would stick to fruits, vegetables and lots of water. Stay away from alcohol and caffeine too.

You can’t "cleanse" your liver but you can do things to protect it.

Of course, one is not to excessively consume alcohol. Another is to minimize your use of pain relieving drugs.

I am not sure you can although I am sure someone will disagree with me. your liver is your bodies metabolizing organ. everything you ingest gets picked through by your liver.
What ever you chose to "cleanse" with has to be meabolized by your liver. Thats like cleaning the toilet with more pooh.
Not taking lots of drugs(OTC medication included) not eating lots of fat,don’t drink lots of alcohol, drinking plenty of plain old water, eating foods with little or no chemicals involved will all help your liver.
The best way to clean it is to not put bad stuff in it.

I’m healthy. I run 5 miles a day but I just partyd way too hard for 3 days. I am looking to cleanse and flush get the toxins out and rehydrate for a big event coming up.

I currently purchased Enzymatic Therapy Complete Liver Cleanse. It is a 2 week program (you take 3 pills in the morning and 3 before bedtime). I know that I should not be consuming alcohol while taking the pills, but I am not sure if I should also be on a special diet. I am a vegetarian so I don’t consume meat or dairy, but should I also stay away from soy products?

I know that the pamphlet that comes with that kit mentions a "clean" diet while you are taking the cleanse. Basically-lots & lots of water, low sugar, whole grains, lean protein(including greens & legumes if you don’t eat meat), fruits & vegetables. The less processed the better. Generally speaking, unless you’re eating edamame, soy is processed to make it into tofu or "meat" etc. So I would definitely limit if not completely eliminate the soy while you’re doing the cleanse.
