i’m 20 and i have acid reflux disease. It’s been a lot better now adays though, but i heard ppl with Acid reflux can become a lot better after doing a natural cleanse. I’ve seen some instructions on websites which are all similar and i was wondering how safe is it to do it on your own and what would you reccomend that i do before i go through with this.
Your liver doesn’t need "cleansed" your body is a self cleaning unit for crying out loud.
