Could you recommend some best methods to cleanse the liver and kidney. will colon irrigation therapy be effective too. Thanks for your advices

I have never tried colon irrigation, but juicing fresh vegetables is a fantastic way to really feel a huge difference. Example: 1 kg carrots, 1/2 bunch celery, 2 apples, ginger, garlic, beetroot, parsely and cucumber……put all these through your juicer and drink all with the day of juicing. Don’t eat any dairy or meat or fish and you’ll notice the difference by the next day or at least the day after, depending on how overloaded your system is. PLUS drink plenty of filtered water in between, with a twist of lemon if preferable.

Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a
complete, total, 100% system of life.

Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and military
components. The religious component is a beard for all of the other
components.

Islamization begins when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to
agitate for their religious privileges.

When politically correct, tolerant, and culturally diverse societies
agree to Muslim demands for their religious privileges, some of the
other components tend to creep in as well.

Here’s how it works:

As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given
country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving
minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:

United States — Muslim 0.6%
Australia — Muslim 1.5%
Canada — Muslim 1.9%
China — Muslim 1.8%
Italy — Muslim 1.5%
Norway — Muslim 1.8%

At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and
disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among
street gangs. This is happening in:

Denmark — Muslim 2%
Germany — Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7%
Spain — Muslim 4%
Thailand — Muslim 4.6%

From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to
their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the
introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby
securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure
on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with
threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:

France — Muslim 8%
Philippines — 5%
Sweden — Muslim 5%
Switzerland — Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands — Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago — Muslim 5.8%

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them
to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law.
The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the
entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase
lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris, we
are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam and
results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition
to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen
daily, particularly in Muslim sections in:

Guyana — Muslim 10%
India — Muslim 13.4%
Israel — Muslim 16%
Kenya — Muslim 10%
Russia — Muslim 15%

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad
militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian
churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks,
and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:

Bosnia — Muslim 40%
Chad — Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%

From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of
all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic
cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and Jizya, the tax

100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of
Peace. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim,
the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such
as in:

Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%
Somalia — Muslim 100%
Yemen — Muslim 100%

Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most
radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust
by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.

I agree being Muslim is not just a religion for most of them but a way of life, but the same can be said from some Christians, Jews , Buddhists & so on. The main DIFFERENCE IS violence, these radical Muslims truly believe is is ok to kill the non believer & that it is the will of Allah, no God justifies killing unless he is satin.

Like I said i believe it is not the majority but the minority that feels this way. unfortunately the minority has the louder voice right now.

Have you done any research on the internet yet? Do that first, arm yourself with some knowledge from several sources.

It all depends on what you feel is right. One prominent food and health expert has found that drinking 250ml of lemon juice every day for 90 days cleans the liver and repairs it. 250ml lemon juice is approx 3 medium size lemons.

Lemons are the best fruit at detoxing the body in that they have the strongest effect. This detoxing effect can be uncomfortable if your eliminative channels, colon, liver, kidney are not healthy already. So the more lemon juice you have each day, the more toxins will be mobilized and the more you body has to deal with each day.

Ask yourself where your current state of health is at right now! Have you been drinking plenty of water for the last 2 months, have you been getting plenty of fiber also? Have you been eating a lot of processed foods in the last 3 months? Are you taking medications, pain killers etc? In other words have you been adding toxins to your body recently faster than you have been getting rid of them? If so then your detox effect may be stronger.

I have done many liquid fasts and also done something similar to this lemon detox. For me I found that 3-4 lemons freshly juiced skin and all was good.

The other ingredients you clearly already know about so you must have read or heard about amounts already. Drink plenty of water…. at least 2 liters and up to 5 liters. Good water too, not chlorinated tap water, purified water is fine. Purified water does not leech minerals out of your bones despite what your government and pharmaceutical company-sponsored doctors will tell you. if you feel thirsty you are already dehydrated. Do an enema once a day, you’ll feel much better. Most people don’t like that, so you could get a colonic. Up to you.

From personal experience I would suggest that you eat a lot of fruit for 5-7 days before doing the detox.

Eat fruit, salad, vegetables and a sensible diet.
Cut back on sweets, biscuits, fried stuff, fast food.
We don’t need a cleanse.
The colon is self leansing.
The body is self cleansing, we have skin, lungs, lver and kidneys to do this and they are very efficient.
Messing around with colon and other cleanses upsets the delicate balance, all we need to do is avoid over indulgences – fat, sugar, alcohol etc.

I want to do a full body detox cleanse. I have been so tired and sluggish lately, and need something to cleanse my system. I last did a cleanse about 4 months ago & it really helped, but they have since discontinued the product I used.
I am a 24 y.o female, moderately active lifestyle, in s. ontario. I eat mainly organic and healthy foods, no fast food at all. Walk my dog every day with my son. Am on a budget, and some cleanse programs I checked out are ridiculously expensive. I’d like to find something that won’t cost me anything outrageous, and is affordable to do every 3 months or so.
I take a multi vitamin, B12, B6, and iron supplements.
I have IBS, and cleansing seems to help calm it down a lot, too.

Any info on how to do a really in depth, full detox would be fabulous. Thanks.

My personal experience is that fasting is the most powerful and most natural way to cleanse the body. … Some folks believe that properly done juice fasting is the best way to do this,.. and others believe that straight water fasting is the only true way to fast. …….. Personally, I feel that juice fasting is by far the wiser choice for someone who has not already done a good deal of cleansing work on their system,.. or at least already well into a cleansing, organic and healthy vegetarian diet. …………….. If you are talking about someone who is already on a pretty clean diet and who is not taking any sorts of medications or with any serious illnesses,.. than I would say that water fasting is a safe way to go.
…. If a person is taking any sort of medications,… then I would definately not do any sort of fasting. In that case, I would encourage them to go on a cleansing diet, (such as you already follow). ………… If someone is dealing with any sort of serious illness,.. then I would reccommend that they only fast under professional supervision.

Fasting, as a form of cleansing, is thousands of years old,… and of course, (if you are not juice fasting),.. it costs absolutely nothing financially. .. Fasting is an extremely powerful tool for promoting and maintaining health. ……………… If you have never fasted before,. I would reccommend that you begin by doing a couple of 24 hour fasts once a week,.. followed by a couple of 3 day fasts once a month,.. followed by a seven day fast which you might do perhaps one month after your second 3 day fast. …………….. After that,.. you can either move up to a 10 or a 14 day fast, if that feels right for you,.. (perhaps a few months or more after the 7 day fast), ……….. and then You could do something like one 7 or 10 day fast once a year or once every six months,.. to continue to promote and maintain your health.

There are some good books available which will instruct you on how to properly fast. If you do choose to fast,.. you may want to try and get some high colonics once or twice after you are well into the fast, to help clean out your colon. This is an excellent additional tool to go along with the cleansing process.
